Privacy statement
Protecting your data matters to us. This statement explains which personal data is processed when you visit this website and when you send an enquiry — in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Data Protection Act (revFADP).
1. Controller
bekaplast s.r.o., Bratislava, Slovakia — a company of Logo-Plastic AG, Salinenstrasse 63, 4133 Pratteln, Switzerland.
Contact for data protection matters: office@bekaplast.eu
2. Price requests through the form
When you use the enquiry form, the details you enter (article, annual quantity, finish, delivery country, postcode and town, name, company, email address, optional note) are used solely to process your enquiry and prepare the quotation. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures); without these details we cannot prepare a quotation.
The data is transmitted to our customer management system HubSpot (HubSpot Ireland Limited, 1 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland), acting as our processor. The data is held on servers in the European Union. A data processing agreement is in place; where the US parent company obtains access, the transfer is based on the EU standard contractual clauses. Details in the HubSpot privacy policy.
We keep your enquiry for as long as it is needed to prepare the quotation and maintain the resulting business relationship, and thereafter within the statutory commercial and tax retention periods. This website itself stores none of it — it is a static site without its own database.
3. Server log data
When the website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically processes technical access data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type). This data serves to keep the service running and is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
The hosting provider is Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA; delivery runs through European locations. A data processing agreement is in place, and transfer to the USA is based on the EU standard contractual clauses. Access logs are kept for a maximum of 30 days. Details in the Vercel privacy notice.
4. Cookies, consent and analytics
Without your consent this website sets no cookies and loads no third-party services. The typefaces are served from our own server too — so simply opening the page transmits nothing to third parties.
If you consent, we load Google Tag Manager and through it Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Pseudonymised usage data is processed: pages viewed, time on page, truncated IP address, approximate location (city level), device and referral source. Advertising features and data sharing are disabled — your consent releases the measurement only, not the advertising signals. Google Analytics sets the cookies «_ga» and «_ga_<property>» with a lifetime of up to two years; the retention period for the analysis data at Google is 14 months. If you withdraw, those cookies are deleted. A data processing agreement is in place and the transfer is based on the EU standard contractual clauses. Details in the Google privacy policy.
The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. As long as you have not consented, Tag Manager is not loaded at all; the consent signals are set to «denied» from the outset (Google Consent Mode v2). Your decision is remembered locally by your browser for six months.
You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future — via «Cookie settings» in the footer of every page. Declining is just as easy as accepting; the website works in full either way.
5. Sample orders through the shop
Sample orders run through the Logo-Plastic AG shop (shop.logoplastic.ch). The privacy statement of the shop applies to the data processing there.
6. Your rights
You have the right to information about the data stored about you, and to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Please contact office@bekaplast.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
7. Changes to this statement
We update this privacy statement when the legal situation or the data processing on this website changes. The version published here is the one that applies.
